Scope: These terms govern the use of MaltRoute. Listings are aggregated from public sources and provided without warranty of accuracy or completeness. No affiliation with listed businesses exists.

AI Transparency: We use AI systems for service optimization. Users are explicitly notified when interacting with a chatbot. AI-generated text, images, or media are clearly labeled as artificial. Users are responsible for ensuring any content they submit is compliant with these terms and appropriately disclosed if AI-generated.

Liability: Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for injury to life, body, or health and breach of essential contractual duties. Customer support via telephone is provided at no additional cost.

Withdrawal: Consumers may withdraw from distance contracts using the designated 'Withdrawal' button. This electronic cancellation page is dedicated solely to the cancellation process, free of marketing or distracting offers. Upon confirmation, a durable receipt will be issued immediately.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Requests for listing removal or correction should be sent to mail@press-sensation.de.
