Directory Data
We process business listing data, which may include personal data of sole traders or contact persons, based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. This data is sourced from publicly available business directories. We process this to provide a comprehensive business directory service. Data subjects have the right to object to this processing or request rectification/erasure by contacting mail@press-sensation.de.

Recipients and Hosting
We use Cloudflare (EU) as our hosting provider. Data is stored within the EU. We use privacy-friendly, first-party analytics that do not involve third-party tracking.

Data Retention
Data is deleted when no longer necessary for the original purpose, provided no legal retention obligations exist.

Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You have the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR at any time under Art. 21 GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
