Data Processing: We process technical server logs for hosting purposes based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We use analytics via first-party statistics to optimize our service. Contact requests are processed based on Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Data is stored only for the duration required for the specific purpose.

Directory Data: We process business listings including personal data of sole traders or named contacts sourced from publicly available business sources based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may object to this processing or request rectification/erasure via mail@press-sensation.de. We comply with Art. 14 GDPR transparency requirements.

AI Systems: We utilize AI systems, including recommendation engines and chatbots. When you interact with a chatbot, you are explicitly informed of the AI nature of the system. AI-generated content is clearly labeled as artificial. We do not use AI for emotion recognition or biometric categorization.

Data Act & Rights: Users have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability. You may object (Art. 21 GDPR) or withdraw consent at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We do not claim data is anonymous where re-identification risks remain. Data generated by connected products is subject to user access rights as defined by the Data Act.
